Reported by CBS NEWS 44-year-old Elwood Gutshall III was arrested by Pennsylvania police for driving under the influence. Police say his blood-alcohol content was .217, which is about two and a half times the state’s legal limit for drivers when he was pulled over in Newville. Gutshall was drunk enough to land himself in jail but to top it all off his shirt at the time of arrest said “Drunk Lives Matter”! If it wasn’t already obvious he was drunk… his shirt clearly spells it out. Plus this was not Gutshall’s first offense. He’s facing charges including DUI Highest Rate, driving under DUI suspension, and traffic violations. Remember if you are already in trouble it is probably best not to dig yourself a deeper hole to climb out of.
