Sunday night inside V100’s VORTX we will spend a lot of time head banging to Avenged Sevenfold as they headline the show this week.

A7X formed all the way back in 1999. Since the band began they’ve released a total on seven studio albums, including The Stage. This album was one of those infamous “surprise” releases. The band did a Facebook Live and the record followed immediately. Even though this album was not advertised before the release, the band managed to pull off a number four debut on the Billboard charts and sold 76,000 units in the first week of sales and 72,000 of those sales is the physical copy of the album. CDs are still alive in the digital age that we live in. You can catch double shot of your favorite Avenged Sevenfold tunes every hour of the show this weekend!

This week’s show is going to be fantastic. Not only do we have Avenged Sevenfold headlining, but we’ve also got a lot of new music. You’ll hear new tunes from bands like Green Day, Sweet Ascent, The Pretty Reckless and Of Mice & Men. I am so pumped to get these new tunes in your ears!
