The VORTX has spoken. This week we’ll be rocking with double shots from a little band called Five Finger Death Punch.

5FDP formed in Las Vegas back in 2005 and they’ve been popular ever since. They’ve released a total of six albums since they started out, but the seventh is on the way. Although, we do know that new music is coming we aren’t really sure of when. The album is rumored to be complete, but the band is currently fighting a lawsuit that their former label, Prospect Park, filed against the band about a year ago for breaching their contract.

Earlier this year Ivan Moody, lead singer, was not in his right mind on stage. He announced that he would be leaving Five Finger Death Punch. Of course his statement was false. He was clearly under the influence of something that night and has since gone back to rehab and has now returned to the band. They played their first show with Ivan since his breakdown just last week at the Illinois State Fair.

This week we’ll also have new music from bands like BUSH and Adelitas Way along with your favorite tunes from bands like Foo Fighters, Papa Roach and more!
