In July the Rock community and the entertainment industry lost a voice and a human being that inspired many.
Since Chester Bennington took his life over the summer, the remaining members of Linkin Park have not taken the stage, but that all changes tonight at the Hollywood Bowl. Tonight at 9:45 local time, Linkin Park, along with members of Blink-182, Korn and Avenged Sevenfold, will remember Chester by taking the stage once more.
Although, this event did sell out quickly, fans from all over the world will be able to witness it for free tonight via YouTube below. During the event, fans will be able to make donations to the One More Light Fund, a charity that the remaining members of Linkin Park have set up to remember their dear friend. You can donate now by clicking here.
The death of Chester Bennington hit me hard in July. Making the announcement over the airwaves wasn’t easy and sometimes when “In The End” or any of my other favorite LP tunes comes on my Spotify or if I hear it on the radio I get a little caught off guard. Join me and many other fans tonight as we watch the show and remember Chester.
