Julia, a 2-year-old female Pit Bull mix who is looking for a home. She came to Helping Hands Humane Society as a stray on May 16th, and they have learned that she is a quick learner and takes treats very gently! She is partially sponsored by Anderson RV Center, so she’s only $100 to adopt (but they also have some great adoption specials starting so she will be less than that to adopt for the rest of August!). They think Julia would do best in a family with kids at least 10 years old and older – she has been very social with adults at HHHS, but isn’t as comfortable around kids. She may be selective about which dogs she wants to be besties with, so HHHS recommends any interested families plan to bring their dog(s) in for a meet and greet before adopting. She’s been doing great in their Shelter Dog Training Classes.
If you think Julia might be a good fit for your home, please visit Helping Hands Humane Society!
