Meet Canelo, our Muttley Crew member of the week and one of Helping Hands Humane Society‘s long term adoptable dogs. He’s a 3-year-old fellow who’s a bit of an escape artist and adventurer, even if his face looks like an old soul! He previously lived with dogs around his size (70 pounds) and did well with them. He also lived with kids, and his previous family said he did well with them, too. He does have a tendency to chase after small animals like chickens and rabbits, and he’s not afraid to scale a fence to do so! The Market at Macvicar – A Vintage Boutique has sponsored Canelo’s entire adoption fee, so he’s $0 to adopt. He’s been with HHHS since May 15th and is more than ready to find a home!
