Meet this week’s Muttley Crew featured pet, Rosie Bluebell! Rosie Bluebell is a heartworm positive dog. She is still undergoing her heartworm treatment, so she needs to find a foster-to-adopt placement who’ll be willing to bring her back to Helping Hands Humane Society when she needs to visit their vet. Anyone interested can come on in and talk to an adoption counselor! Rosie Bluebell is about 2 years old, a Pit Bull mix, and weighs 57 pounds. She came to HHHS as a stray on December 29th of last year. Heartworms can be a deadly parasite if not treated, and the treatment is lengthy and expensive. They know Rosie Bluebell will have such a brighter future once her treatment is complete!
