Lucy has been with Helping Hands Humane Society for almost 100 days now. The main reason she’s been with HHHS for so long is she was very pregnant when she came in as a stray. She quickly gave birth, and then was able to go into a loving foster home while she raised her puppies until they were old enough to be adopted (about 8 weeks). They have both found loving homes of their own, and now it’s Lucy’s turn! She’s about 2 years old, a Terrier mix, and weighs about 15 pounds.
