Torito has now been at Helping Hands Humane Society for over 100 days. She’s a 9-month-old female pit bull mix puppy, and she weighs about 32 pounds and is growing. She was found near El Torito in Topeka which is how she got her name. She can be a little shy at first, but is quite a sweet pup once she gets a little more comfortable. She knows how to sit for a treat and was excited to meet another dog at the shelter. She has a training scholarship sponsored by PEDIGREE Foundation, meaning she and her adopter can attend an HHHS Petiquette (basic obedience) course free of charge after adoption. She’s a very sweet girl who’s still just a big puppy and looking for a family to love! She’s only $25 to adopt.
