Meet this week’s Muttley Crew featured pet, Taylor Swift the cat! Taylor Swift is Helping Hands Humane Society’s longest term resident adoptable cat at 104 days with the shelter as of today. She came to HHHS on September 28th; she was beloved by her previous guardian, but unfortunately due to their health, they were no longer able to care for her. HHHS estimates she’s approximately 9.5 years old. In a kennel at the shelter, she was experiencing stress and in turn began pulling her hair out. HHHS moved her to their administrative offices to foster her in a more relaxed environment with a human companion, and she did very well. They also learned she does best on Hill’s Prescription Diet Digestive Care food. Taylor Swift has graduated to one of HHHS’s free roaming cat colony rooms on the adoption floor and is looking for a family to love! She’s a very loveable, people-oriented cat who may learn to live with a fellow feline with a slow, careful introduction.
